The Client is one of the world’s most acclaimed stop-motion animation studios, known for creating critically celebrated, visually groundbreaking animated films. Based on the West Coast, the Client is beloved for its fearless storytelling, handcrafted artistry, and emotional depth. As the Client expands its marketing and theatrical distribution presence, the studio is building a dedicated paid media team to support its next slate of releases.
About the Role
We Are Rosie is seeking a Paid Social Manager to manage day-to-day execution and optimization of the Client’s paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms throughout the studio’s 2026 theatrical release cycle. This is a hands-on execution role reporting to the Paid Social Associate Director and working as part of a fully integrated paid media team.
The right candidate is platform-fluent, has worked on entertainment or studio campaigns before, and can independently manage active media buys across multiple channels simultaneously.

Qualifications
3–5 years of paid social experience at a media agency or in-house team
(Required) Experience managing paid social campaigns for entertainment, theatrical, or studio clients
Strong hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube/Google Ads
Experience with trafficking, pixel/tag setup, and UTM tracking best practices
Comfortable managing multiple active campaigns simultaneously under tight release-window timelines
Detail-oriented, organized, reliable; someone who can be counted on to catch issues before they escalate
Full-time availability (40 hrs/week) confirmed before engagement
