About the role

The Project and Knowledge Manager will play a key role in supporting the VP and Leadership Team of Bolt’s Public Policy function by driving strategic programme management, operational excellence, and knowledge-sharing across global, EU, and local levels.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning complex strategic goals into well-structured, efficient processes and loves building systems that help teams work smarter. You’ll oversee key projects that enhance Bolt’s governmental cooperation programmes, support funding initiatives, and lead the implementation of AI-driven tools that strengthen team performance and insight generation.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate key strategic programmes and cross-functional projects that strengthen Bolt’s governmental and regulatory cooperation efforts.
• Design and maintain workflows that promote Bolt’s Estonian digital heritage and support policy engagement worldwide.
• Oversee document management, process governance, and knowledge-sharing frameworks across the Public Policy team.
• Manage and optimise funding application projects, ensuring timely completion and document accuracy.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of AI tools that enhance policy tracking, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and continuous improvement.

About you:

• You have experience in project or knowledge management, ideally in public policy, government relations, or regulatory affairs.
• You’re highly organised, structured, and skilled at managing multiple complex projects in dynamic environments.
• You bring strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
• You’re confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives.
• You have a proactive mindset and enjoy implementing digital or AI-driven tools to improve workflows.
• You’re adaptable, curious, and motivated by creating systems that drive efficiency and impact.
