Ever wondered what it feels like to be a .NET Developer (Junior-Mid) at Netcompany?

As a .NET Developer (Junior-Mid), you will join a collaborative engineering team working on modern digital solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the development of backend services and applications, while learning from experienced engineers and growing your technical expertise.

This position is ideal for developers with initial professional experience who are eager to build strong foundations in backend development and gradually take on more responsibility in real-world projects.

You will work on production systems where code quality, maintainability, and teamwork matter. You’ll be encouraged to develop your skills, ask questions, and actively contribute to team success.

As a .NET Developer (Junior-Mid) you will:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET / C#
• Assist in building and improving RESTful APIs
• Translate business requirements into clean and maintainable code with guidance from senior team members
• Follow coding standards and best practices to write reliable and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Gradually take ownership of smaller features and technical tasks
• Learn and contribute to CI/CD processes and testing practices

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 1–3 years of experience in .NET / C# development
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with core software engineering principles (e.g., OOP, basic design patterns)
• Some experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., Angular or React) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of tools like Git, and optionally Docker or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
• Willingness to learn, grow, and receive constructive feedback
• Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
